Trailing Twelve Month Profit & Loss Report

To provide your complimentary analysis, we need a Production by Code report for the Trailing Twelve Months (TTM). Here is how to pull that data:

1. Dentrix Users

Go to Reports > Management > Practice Analysis.
Select Production Summary.
Set your Date Range to the last 12 months.
Check the box for "By Category" or "By Procedure Code."
Click Export (choose CSV or Excel if possible) or Print to PDF.

2. Eaglesoft Users

Go to Reports > Practice Management.
Select Service Analysis.
Choose Procedure Code (Total).
Input your Date Range (last 12 months).
Select Process to view the report, then click Print and select "Print to PDF" or Export to Excel.

3. OpenDental Users

Navigate to Reports > Standard.
Under the Production and Income section, select Procedure Log Report.
Set your Start and End Dates for the previous 12 months.
Ensure the report is grouped by Procedure Code.
Click Export or Print to PDF.
